She was predeceased by: her parents, Milferd Garnett and Vera Garnett (Hartwigsen); her husband Leonard Hoffman; her great grandchild Kylie; and her siblings, Virginia Vernon and Donald Garnett.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Miller (Mike) of Clinton and David Hoffman of Clinton; her great grandchild Kristina Bauer (Brian); her children, Gage, Gretchen, Stephanie Miller, Lucas, Nykko and Dylan; and her siblings, Carl Garnett of Jefferson, Iowa, Lucille Cadwell (Scott) of Adel, Doris Kennedy (Vince) of Jefferson, Darlene Taggart of Jefferson and Harriet Paup (Byron) of Jefferson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
