He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hart and Beatrice Hart (Herr); his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law Stan Petersen; and his brother Duane Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Hlubek of Clinton; his children, Kathy Tracy (Bruce) of Maquoketa, John Hart of Clinton, Dennis Hart (Sandy) of Camanche and Kristie Moehr (Terry) of Goose Lake, IA; and his sister-in-law Joyce Hart of Clinton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members and many friends.
