He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick II and Bertine Mitchell, II (Warner). He is survived by: his wife Janice Stralow of Clinton; his daughter Michelle Paulnock of Fayetteville; his daughter-in-law Leah Mitchell of Elizabethtown; and his stepdaughters, Lisa Cowan (Delbert) of Erie and JoEllen Riordan (Kevin) of Maniette. He is also survived by 17 step-grandchildren.
