He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Halcomb and Minnie Rupsman Halcomb; his wife Sue Peters; his children, Scott Halcomb (Judy) of Belvidere, Derek Halcomb (Chelsea) of Clinton, Ty Halcomb (Abby) of McKinney and Jodi Shanafelt (Darrell Heim) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Lauren, Meagan, Heather, Roman, Samuel and Rosalee; his great grandchildren, Ella, Layla, Finn and Freya; and his siblings, Linda Shockey of Clinton, Charles Halcomb of Goose Lake and William Halcomb of Clinton.
