He is survived by: his wife Carol Bower Johnson of Clinton; his daughters, Kelly McClintock of Denver, CO, Michelle McClintock of Savanna and Tesha Fischer (Will) of DeWitt; his grandchildren, Katie Kaup, Kylee and Dylan Fischer; and his siblings, Sharon Hitpas of Breese, IL, Vera, Grace, Donna, Kay, George and Merle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pape Funeral Home (2308 Pershing Blvd, Clinton, IA 52732). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
