He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Winoski and Sarah Winoski (Stuer); his mother-in-law Jacqueline A. Anderson; and his children, Jane Asmus of Clinton, Iowa, Toni Smith of Katy, TX, Frank Winoski of Clinton, Iowa and Jean Rursch. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
