She is survived by: her sons, Willard Grimes III (Carolyn) of Clinton and Ralph Grimes (Marie) of Stockton Springs, ME; her granddaughter Diana Palmer (Jason); her great grandchild Evan Louis Palmer of Grinnell, IA.; and her friend Phyllis Keutgen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in Frances' name.
