It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora S. Lowe (Clinton, Iowa), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald K. Stith and Mary Stith (Booth). She is survived by: her husband William "Curt" Lowe; and her daughter Elizabeth Lowe of Clinton.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials made to the Alzheimer's Association.
