He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waldorf and Blanche Waldorf (McManus); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Mielk; his children, Regina Waldorf of Camanche, IA, Kenny Waldorf of Clinton, IA and Michelle Waldorf-Davenport of Eldridge, IA; and his brothers, Jack Waldorf (Pat) of Peosta, IA, Jim Waldorf (Ellie) and Tom. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ducks Unlimited or the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
