Eugene R. Steensen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene R. Steensen of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Broder Steensen and Adeline Steensen (Richmann); his wife Jean Loehndorf; his brothers, Don and Wayne Steensen; and his parents-in-law, Henry and Rose Loehndorf.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Steensen, Mark of Clinton and Dan Steensen (Patricia) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Ashley Steensen, Aaron Mink (Natalie) of Fulton and Zach Mink (Amberlyn) of Clinton; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Austin (Walt) of Lake Placid and Marie Steensen of Pinehurst.
In lieu of flowers and plants memorials may be directed to the family and will go to some of Gene's favorite charities.
