He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Shannon and Rosemary Shannon (Costello); his wife Josephine C. Brown (Herch); and his son Gene. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Deters (James) of Clinton; his granddaughters, Jamie Burken (Greg) of Clinton, Sara Deters of Clinton and Amanda Rogis (Shawn) of Clinton; his great grandchildren, Chase and Carson Burken; and his siblings, Darlene Kuehl of Clinton and John Shannon of Lancaster, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
