Ed Sukut Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ed Sukut (Clinton, Iowa), who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ed Sukut to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sukut and Alva Sukut (Eisenbeis); his stepfather Leroy Pfiefle; his daughter-in-law Annie Dickau; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Aude, Denny Kougias and Mark Herch.
He is survived by: his wife Julie VenHuizen of Clinton; his children, Tyler Sukut (Carrie) of Clinton, Natasha Clausen (Jon) of Clinton and Zach Dickau (Sara) of Thomson, Illinois; and his siblings, Carolyn Aude of DeWitt, Alvin Sukut of Arlington, Virginia, DeRaye Hansen (Steve) of Kirksville, Debra Kougias of Mt. Vernon, Renee Steines (Floyd) of Clinton, Rhea Herch of Clinton, Russell Sukut (Karla) of Ankeny, Kimberly Stuer (Tom) of Camanche and DeAnna Dermody (John) of Clive. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory (302 3rd Ave S, Clinton, IA 52732). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
