He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Owen and Marian Owen (Goodenow); his stepmother Jean Owen; and his brother Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Owen (Buhr) of Clinton, IA; his son Matt Owen; his grandchildren, Leah and Andy (Bridget); his children, Jack, Laura, Megan (Trevor), Micah, Isaac, Eli and Ben Owen (Paul Rich); and his siblings, Ron Owen (Marilyn) of Bettendorf and Marcia Menke of Mason City.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clinton.
