She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Watkins and Ocea Watkins (Seeyle); and her husband Robert Noecker. She is survived by: her children, Randy Noecker (Deb) of Longville, MN, Terrie Tatum of Prairie Village, KS, Jane Noecker of Clinton, IA, Lori Zeutenhorst (Tim) of Orange City, IA and Jeff Noecker of Clinton, IA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
