She was predeceased by: her husband Dwaine Van Buer. She is survived by: her children, Darrel Van Buer (Ann Chang) of Los Angeles, CA, Louise Peterson (Bob) of Richland, WA, Ann Flagg (Steve) of Toledo, OH, Lyle Van Buer (Kathy) of Davenport, Paul Van Buer (Cathi) of Clinton, Michael Van Buer (Sue) of Maquoketa and Tom Van Buer (Jeni) of Coralville, IA; and her sister Luanne Phillips of Cedar Rapids, IA.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Clinton Lions Club, Prince of Peace Schools, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
