She is survived by: her children, Brian Cherveny (Deb) of Montgomery, Jamie Burkhart (Curt) of Clinton and Tony Cherveny (Kris) of Rock Island; and her grandchildren, Brandon Burkhart (Hannah) of Iowa City, Taylor Beem (Michael) of Naperville, Tracy Green of Houston and Leah Smith (Edonis) of Huntsville, Texas..
