He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flood and Margaret Flood (Campie); his sister Peggy; and his parents-in-law, Von and Bud Sanderson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sanderson; his children, John Flood (Marlissa White) of Chicago, Mary Drury (Steve) of Clinton, Joseph Flood (Renee) of Clinton, James Flood (Abbie) of Clinton, Melissa Russell (William) of West Branch and Julianne Flood of South Beloit, IL; his brother Marvin Flood of Washington, DC; his nephews, Ed and Al Sanderson; and his sisters, LeMay, Jan, Mary, Joy and Diane. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
