It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Lynn Vegter of Clinton, Iowa, born in Libertyville, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hansen and Arldine "Jerry" Hansen (Weaver); and her sister Terry Voss. She is survived by: her husband Gail Vegter of Clinton; her daughters, Sara Faith Vegter of Clinton and Kimberly Dawn Vegter (Lee Lane) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Riley Vegter-Partin of Clinton, Autumn Vegter-Steines (Brett Steines) of Cedar Rapids and Ray Vegter of Clinton; her great grandchildren, Summer-Rayne and Stormi Soul; her siblings, Susan Ryan (Paul) of Albuquerque, Richard Hansen (Kym) of Fulton and Donna May (Randy) of Clinton; and her pets, Theo and Tilly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
