She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schultz and Loretta Schultz (Steines); and her daughter Colleen Humphrey. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Tobin; her children, Catherine Van Buer (Paul) of Clinton, Carolyn Peters of Chicago, Cecelia Tobin of Plainfield, IL, Tammy Anson (David) of Iowa City, Todd Knutsen (Tricia) of Clinton and Robert Tobin of Clinton; and her siblings, Patricia Peters of Sabula, Mary Grinnall (Mike) of Clinton, Randy Schultz (Hazel) of Clinton and Wayne Schultz of Clinton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
