He is survived by: his wife Patty Johnson; his children, Susan Holmes (Larry) of Clinton, Danny Eads Jr (Stacy), Andrea Johnson of Madison, WI, Craig Johnson of Madison, WI and Lynn Goings; his grandchildren, Jason Eads of Cedar Rapids, Reba Eads of Rock Falls, Dalton Dague of Clinton, Abby Ehlers of Clinton, Hannah Fultner of Maquoketa, Cody Eads (Makayla) of Maquoketa and Stone Eads of Maquoketa; and his brother Danny Johnson (Cindy) of Florida.
