He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Heath and Vernice Heath (Knudson); and his wife Connie Joan Buckman. He is survived by: his children, Jane Heath of Clinton, IA, Tully Heath of Algona and Ben Heath (Kazumi) of Front Royal, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Gage Bryant, Jace Bryant, Ricky Heath and Ellie Heath.
