He is survived by: his children, Ken Nissen (Susan) of Camanche, Annette Callahan of Highlands Ranch and Penny Geronzin (Dwayne) of Clinton; and his siblings, Janet Merkel and Charles Nissen. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
