He was predeceased by: his parents, Veral Dean Hull and Cecile Lillian Blount Hull; his stepfather Clarence Ewing; his parents-in-law, Albert Rascsak and Eva Jacobs; his stepfather-in-law Clarence Jacobs; his siblings, Richard Veral Hull, William Dean Hull and Evelyn Louise Hull Verfaille; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Freyer Hull and Frank Verfaille; his daughter-in-law Mary Grunow Hull; and his great grandchildren, Dasani Henry and Kearra Henry.
He is survived by: his spouse Billie Laverne Rascsak; and his stepchildren, Michael (Mary), Barry of LeClaire, IA, David (JoDee), Jeffery (Cathy), Steven (Shannon) and Brenda (Thomas). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
