He is survived by: his children, Cullen Riddle of Clinton, Tara Riddle of Clinton and David Hayton Jr. of Clinton; his stepson Justin Hayton (Amy) of Fulton; his former wife Pam Sanders of Clinton; his grandson Tyler Musch; and his sister Paula Hayton of Clinton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
