He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Zmuda and Ruth Zmuda (Langler); his son Douglas; his brothers, Chuck and Tom; and his close friend Cavy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Zmuda of Clinton, IA; his children, Naomi Zmuda, Jason Zmuda (Heather), Anthony Zmuda (Tricia), Brandon Zmuda (Rachael) and Tashua Zmuda; and his close friend Jim Gustin. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 12 brothers and sisters.
