He is survived by: his daughter Eunice Olivier; his great-grandparent Clinton; his sons, Ernie Dague and Dan Shirley; his brother Butch Shirley (Karen); and his stepchildren, Lisa Byers, Dee and Bill Rush. He is also survived by her daughter, her 7 grandchildren.
