He was predeceased by: his parent Neil Faulkner; and his daughter Amber. He is survived by: his son Matthew Faulkner of Clinton; his mother Carol Faulkner of Maquoketa; his siblings, Randy Faulkner of Maquoketa, Jason Faulkner of Maquoketa, Ginny Faulkner of Maquoketa, Holly Faulkner of Maquoketa, Andrea Faulkner of Maquoketa, Bethany Phipps, Eugene Faulkner and James Faulkner; his close friends, Joshua and Amanda Volker of Clinton; and his godson Pryce Volker of Clinton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
