She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Flack and Rose Flack (San Angelo); and her son-in-law Dave Van Horn, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Claussen of Clinton; and her children, Peggy Van Horn of Miles, IA, Bill Hass of Clinton, Bob Hass (Michelle) of Oxford Junction, IA, Richard Streat of Des Moines, IA, Renee Streat of Clinton, Joe Claussen of Fulton, IL and Dawn Howe (Mark) of Maroa, IL. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
