He was predeceased by: his stepson Ricky. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Ettinger of Clinton; and his daughters, Ruth Ann Kocian (Larry), Rose Mary Smith and Vicki Lee Lemke. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
