He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard James and Carol James (Chandler); and his sister Victoria. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Dixon of Colorado; his siblings, Rebecca Wiebenga of Savanna, IL, Patricia Paxson of Mt. Carroll, Kathy Kent, Christopher Wiebenga (Dawn) of Thomson, IL and Michael Wiebenga (Jennifer) of St. Donatus, IA; and his cousin Garrett Chandler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
