It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chancy Scibner (Clinton, Iowa), born in Fulton, Illinois, who passed away on December 10, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Scribner and Louise Scribner (Jones); and his half-brother Jack. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Simpkins; his daughters, Audrey Scribner of San Diego, CA, Teresa Mangusing of Clinton, Julie Carroll of Clinton, Lisa Determan (Todd) of Clinton and Kristen Adams (Milton) of Clinton; and his close friend Jim Crigger of Clinton. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
