She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Padulla and Carolyn Padulla (Green); her former husband Floyd Noble; her husband Glen West; her grandson Dakota; and her brother Joseph.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Noble of Erie, IL, Hazel Becktold (Milo) of Jefferson, OR and Sharon Escutia (Martin) of Salem, OR; and her siblings, Janelle, Mary, Toni and Dominick. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
