She is survived by: her husband Clarence Flack of Clinton, IA; her children, Sean Flack (Sandy) of Seattle, WA, Heather Dann of Clinton, IA and Corie Flack (Amanda) of Camanche, IA; her grandchildren, Samantha, Wyatt Dann, Brady and Payton Flack; and her siblings, Guy Hendricks (Blanco) of Sebring, FL, Barbara Hendricks, Mary Beth Carter (Tom), Terre Bombard and Christine Hendricks.
