He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Kamer and Gladys V. Kamer (Sewell); and his daughters, Barbra Kamer and Brandi Koering (Jerry). He is survived by: his children, Bonita Musal (Michael) and Brynjar MacGregor; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Swarts (Nathan), Audrey Spears (Elijah), Justin, Kian and Westen.

The family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
