He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Dixon and Geraldine "Gerry" Dixon (Pestka); and his cousin Marc Jost. He is survived by: his siblings, Terese Larres (David) of Garner, NC, Sue Meyer (Rich) of Dubuque, IA, David Dixon and Tim Dixon of Clinton, IA; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Rosales (Jordan), Justin Larres (Emily), Elise Larres and Joseph Larres; his great-nephews, Jude Denton, Landon, Elijah and Dominic Larres; and his godchildren, Lauren Larres, Jarek Connell and Audrey Rice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Cancer Society or the family's wishes.
