She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Chase and Nellie Chase (Moore); her stepdaughter Jill; and her great grandchild Charlie. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Chase (Chris Santeramo) of Maquoketa, Tommie Haley (Bettie) of Marion, Rick Haley of Maquoketa, Tammie Besse (Don) of Maquoketa, Sheila Bustamante of Maquoketa and Shelly Haley of Maquoketa; her grandchildren, Paul, Amy, Stormy, Sky, Khloe, Gabe, Starlite, Samantha, Jocelynn, Dayleen, Donna, Ray, Shelly, Shiann, Jerrod, Jolene, Natalie and Melissa; and her siblings, Veronica Kohl of Kankakee, Mickey Clark (Glenn) of Zoni and Penelope Kenney-Chase (Dave) of Orion, Illinois.. She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren.
