He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Cousins of Clinton, IA; his children, Scott Cousins of Ankeny, IA, Kristina Segreto of West Liberty, IA, Allen Cousins II of Villa Rica, GA and Jennifer Cousins (Mark Lemke) of Tipton, IA; and his siblings, John (Lori), Susan Hartz of DeWitt, IA and Deborah Donahue (Moon) of Camanche, IA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
