He was predeceased by: his father James Block; and his grandparents, Bill and Betty Svacina. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Levrouw of Silvis, Josh Peters (Christina) of Davenport, Hailey Block of Cedar Rapids, Mikayla Block of Cedar Rapids and Bryce Block of Cedar Rapids; his stepson Zachary Grant of Davenport; his mother Sharon Block of Beaver; his brothers, Kenneth Block of Atlantic and Mike Block (Emily) of Marshalltown; his grandchildren, Caiden Cookson and Awstyn Peters; and his grandparents, Elbert and Donna Block of Richland Center, Wisconsin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
