He is survived by: his children, Lynn Pleggenkuhle (Ron) of Hawkeye, Dena Smith (Norbert) of Swisher, Tom Jr. Rich (Sharon) of Clermont, Iowa Mary Grabe (Scott) of Cedar Rapids, Ruth Moon (Rick) of Inman, SC and Kelly Eick (Terry) of Plainfield; his wife Berniece; and his brother John "Jack" Rich. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 33 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
