Crayton Ash Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2025, at the age of 84, Crayton Ash (Clermont, Iowa) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Crayton Ash to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladyce Oral Ash (Lane) and Herbert Milton Ash; his son Christopher Ash; his brother Milton Lane Ash; his siblings-in-law, Don Marshall, Jerry Knight, Dale Buenzow, Denny Eckhoff, Joe Peters, Janet Sieverding, Janice Underdahl, Connie Knight and Mary Knight; and his great-niece Ruth McMurrin.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Steven Ash of Rockford, Illinois and Mindy Ash (David Olson) of St Paul, Minnesota; his daughter-in-law Tina Ash (Chris); his grandchildren, Lucas Ash, Mariah Ash and Rose Olson; his stepgrandson Matt Dales; his great grandchild Mariana Tamayo-Ash; his stepgreat-grandson Rhett Dales; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Ash, Jane Marshall, Jeanette Buenzow, Joanne Frey, Julie Eckhoff, Jim Knight, Joe Knight (Judy) and Paul Sieverding; his niece Lisa Ash (Richard Baillargeon); and his nephews, Mark Ash (Diana), David Ash (Kamalee) and Lane M. Ash. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St Peters Catholic Church (604 Larrabee St, Clermont, IA 52135). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Peter's Catholic Church (604 Larrabee St, Clermont, IA 52135).
