He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Neva (Rogers) of Fayette, Iowa.; his brothers, Edward Jr. and Roger Sieck (Lorraine); his parents-in-law, James and Evelyn Graff; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Heldt, Janie Kitterman (Phil) and Barb Langerman.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Patti) of Isanti, MN, Diane (Robert Pailthorpe) of Elberon and Scott (Lisa) of Cedar Rapids; his brother Richard of Hawkeye; his siblings-in-law, George Heldt of Estherville and Kathy Baty (Lonnie) of Troy Mills; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Kelli, Rebekah, Kerk, Luke, Abbey, Kayla and Zach. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
