She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Warren Held; her parents, George Taylor and Viola Taylor; her brother George; her children, Gregory Held (Diann) of Cleghorn, Holly Ohlson (Tim) of Meriden and Heidi Held of St. Paul, MN; her sisters-in-law, Darlene Harris and Karen Taylor; her grandchildren, Matt Ohlson (Tina), Melanie Flanagan (Kyle), Micaela Ohlson, Benjamin Held (Kristi), Courtney Held (Josh Chamberlain), Rachel Doeden (Steven), Rebecca Drake and Larissa Raber (Aden); her great grandchildren, Raeonna Rolfson Lillian, Ayla, Kade, Declan, Quinn, Brecken, Alexandria, Edmund, Lucas, Aubrey, DeLani, Deidra, Tate, Dru, Ellie, Willow, Kinnick, Sawyer, Makenley, Wayde and Trinity; and her close friends, Meryl and Keith Henningson. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, former students and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Sherry's name to be used for projects that were dear to her.
