He is survived by: his wife Pearl Massmann; his daughters, Laurie Powell (Gary), Cindy Gries (Scott) of Sibley, IA, Jamie Alesch (Kory) of Remsen, IA and Kristi Hagan (Chris) of Kingsley, IA; his grandchildren, Brandon Powell, Carissa Powell, Trevor Gries, Bailey Gries, Tanner Gries, Chloe Alesch, Gavin Alesch, Garrett Alesch, Colby Hagan, Colton Hagan and Cody Hagan; his siblings, Robert Henke (Carolyn), Shirley Bobolz, Sharon Kenan (Tim), Connie Wilson (Don), Julie Ashbaugh (Roger), Janice Wieland (Denny) and Linda Pedersen (Les); his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Parrott and Lynn Ross (Ron); his aunt Katie Letts; and his uncle Bob Peck. He is also survived by his wife, his girls, and his grandchildren.
