He is survived by: his wife Fran Briggs of Cleghorn, IA; his daughters, Wendy Hauschildt (Keith) of Marcus, IA, Evelyn Briggs of Altoona, IA and Cindy Schwarz of Marcus, IA; his grandchildren, Carly Kness (Carson), Cody Ruden (Chelsea), Riley Briggs (Alyssa), Amber Jensen (Clay), Lindsey Linquist (Danny) and Ashley Specht (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Ryker, Mia Briggs, Graycen, Charlotte, Atley Ruden, Noah, Aubrey, Elise Specht, Cael, Olivia Jensen and Bennett Linquist; his brother Jerry Briggs (Sherry) of Marcus, IA; and his nephews, Kevin Briggs (Kim), Jason Briggs and Derek Briggs (Niki Knapp).
