It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Esther Amundson (Clear Lake, Iowa), who passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Eugene and Hazel McCoy (Vawter); her spouse Chester Amundson; her siblings, Ralph (Harriet), Merrill (Cleo), Ervin and Helen Conley; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Tantow, Byford Rogness, Leonard Amundson (Mary Lou) and Hazel Russel.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Nowell of Albany, OR, Susan Amundson of Austin, MN, Jane Van Horn (Craig) of Mason City, Sara Ryerson (Don Finch) of Britt and Eric Amundson (Kendra) of Leland; her grandchildren, Derek Amundson, Halie Munson (Bryce), Nick Nieman (Abby) and Emily Ryerson; her great grandchildren, Rhys Nieman and Wyatt Munson; her siblings, Maxine Tantow, Colleen Rogness and John Moore; and her brother-in-law Howard Amundson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
