He is survived by: his parents, Dustin and Jaylee of Thornton; his siblings, Austin Follmuth, Thomas Bartz and EmmaLee Bartz; his grandparents, John, Sharri Follmuth of Rockwell, Katherine Morton of Clarion and Dean Bartz (Doreen Dralle) of Kesley, IA; his aunts, Jessica Follmuth (Greg Nauss), Katherine Echelberger (Jason) and Sharon Albertson (Josh); his uncle Steven Follmuth (Amy); and his great-grandparents, Rita Follmuth, Constance Beery, John "Jack", Cleo O'Connor and Bill Morton. He is also survived by eleven cousins.
