He is survived by: his children, Dan Vandervort of Anchorage, AK, Gregory Vandervort (Rosemary) of Poway, CA, Ron Vandervort of Dows and Kirsten Cunningham (Bill) of Des Moines. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
