It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kasper Kern (Clear Lake, Iowa), who passed away on June 28, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kern and Phyllis Kern of Garner; and his stepson Lincoln Allen. He is survived by: his spouses, Janene Gram and Valerie Kern of Clear Lake; his son Kyle Kern (Amy) of San Francisco, CA; his stepchildren, Lisa Miller (Mark) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Leslie Burgess of Wolverine, MI and Libbey Wood (Troy) of Hillsboro, OR; his siblings, Barb Kern of Apple Valley, MN, John Kern of Clear Lake, Dave Kern (Diana) of Clive, IA, Andy Kern (Aimee) of Clear Lake, Lois Kern of Clear Lake and Molly Kern (Reynolds) of Clear Lake; and also Kyle Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren.
