We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2022, at the age of 102, Rose Esther DeVries (Clear Lake, Iowa), born in Swaledale, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens Pederson and Adaline Pederson (Baker); her husbands, Les Dirks and Edwin DeVries; her sisters, Viola, Vietta and Verta Mae; and her children, Dallas Dirks and Donna Martin.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Dirks (Connie); her stepdaughters, DeeAnn Freerks, Barbara Brinkman (Edward), Joyce Henning and Esther Perkins; her daughter-in-law Sheila Dirks; and her brother-in-law Calvin DeVries (Judy). She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren; Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
