He is survived by: his former spouse Pat Simon; his wife Peggy Brinkman of Clear Lake; his children, Kim Quintus (John) of Ventura, Matt Brinkman (Nancy) of Clear Lake and Cindy Rurup (Doug) of Clear Lake; his grandchildren, Alexa Quintus, Adam Brinkman, Riley Brinkman, Duke Olthoff, Trey Olthoff and Austin Rurup; his great grandchild Jackson Quintus; his stepdaughters, Mindy Sharp, Traci LeDuc (Rob) and Amber Knabe (Rob Strange); his stepgrandchildren, Noah Peters, Paige Knabe, Skylar Knabe and Hunter Knabe; his sister Vicki Whitman; his nephews, Brian and John; and his niece Julia.
